Brocade Alliance Partner Network program offers partners a comprehensive set of sales and marketing tools, training, services, and pre- and post-sales support
Brocade® (NASDAQ: BRCD) announced today that it has selected Renaissance Brands as a Brocade Alliance Partner Network Distributor for New Zealand. Renaissance was selected based on its ability to efficiently deliver both storage area network (SAN) and IP networking solutions to channel reseller partners, as well as its extensive knowledge, skills, and expertise in the networking industry.
“Renaissance is well established in the New Zealand IT community and, for years, Brocade has worked with Renaissance to help deliver industry-leading networking solutions in the SAN space,” said Graham Schultz, country manager for Australia and New Zealand at Brocade. “The expansion of the agreement to include the Brocade IP networking products will help enable us to bring to market a complete portfolio of scalable, high performance networking products.”

The selection of Renaissance as a Brocade distributor was also timely as the New Zealand government recently announced its planned NZ$1.5 billion ultra-fast broadband investment initiative. The first phase of the initiative will be focused on priority broadband users such as businesses, schools and health services, plus green-field developments and residential areas.
The inclusion of Renaissance is a key element of the Brocade Alliance Partner Network (APN), which was announced earlier this year. The Brocade APN Program consists of four distinct partnership levels: Distributor, Elite, Premier, and Select. All levels have been designed with specific requirements and benefits to help partners leverage and be rewarded for their networking product knowledge and solution support expertise.
