IPL Appointed Distributor for Panasonic Systems Products


IPL to distribute Panasonic Cordless Handsets, IP Cameras and Interactive Whiteboards from 1 December 2009

Australian technology distributor IPL Communications today announced it will distribute Panasonic Systems Products from 1 December 2009. 

This new agreement builds on IPL’s role as the exclusive distributor of Panasonic IP telephony products, announced in August this year, and will see IPL will distribute Panasonic cordless handsets, IP cameras and interactive whiteboards to business channel partners.

IPL will also provide level 2 support, helping business customers connect Panasonic Systems Products to their communications network and take advantage of their benefits.

According to Paul Scanlan, General Manager of IPL Communications, the deal reflects the evolution of IPL as a leading value-add distributor in the converged voice, video and data market.

“IPL is delighted to expand our relationship with Panasonic and make its Systems Products available to our B2B channel partners.  These are terrific products and we look forward to updating the channel on the new range at our Panasonic dealer launch later this month.

“Our appointment as a value-add distributor of Panasonic Systems Products reflects our ability to provide end-to-end voice, video and data products and services.  Our full-service offering includes sales and technical training for channel partners, assisting with sales lead generation, fulfilling product orders, pre-sales, and level 2 support engineers,” Mr Scanlan said.
