Gordon Ramsay’s first Australian restaurants will open for reservations today, Wednesday, March 3 at 9.00am (Australian EST) via Dimmi, Australia’s first real-time online reservations service.

The Dimmi system, which allows guests to make an instantly confirmed booking 24 hours a day, seven days a week, will be used exclusively for all maze Melbourne reservations leading up to the official opening date – Monday, March 29.
By synchronising table availability with maze and maze Grill’s own electronic reservation diaries, diners can be 100 per cent confident that the booking they make is instantly entered into the restaurant’s own diary and immediately confirmed. The booking is free of charge.
Online reservations can be made for maze and maze Grill simply by visiting www.gordonramsay.com/australianrestaurants. Bookings will be available in both restaurants for dinner from 6.00pm every night from Monday, March 29. Lunch bookings are available on selected days from 12.00pm-2.30pm.
