Adds VoIP software to the IPL product set
IPL Communications today announced it has partnered with CommSoft RMS to provide the full featured CommsOffice™ Product Suite on Panasonic Business Telephone Systems as exclusive distributor. The product suite, which includes six modular applications, will be available from IPL Communications from June.
According to Paul Scanlan, General Manager, IPL Communication’s exclusive distributor partnership is an important step forward for IPL’s future developments and it was a decision that was very carefully considered:

The CommsOffice product suite is a modular range of software applications for telephone systems, covering entry level to multi-site enterprise requirements. The deal with IPL Communications will cover six products from the CommsOffice Product Suite including CommsOffice Express™, CommsOffice Professional™, CommsOffice Enterprise™, CommsOffice Voice™, CommsOffice Console™ and CommsOffice CTI ™.
The CommsOffice management and reporting software suite allows business owners to monitor and control telephone usage throughout their organisation. Individual applications are featured on each product upgrade tailoring the product to the customer’s needs beginning with the base CommsOffice model.
