Brocade (NASDAQ:BRCD) today announced the appointment of Chantelle Conway to the role of Enterprise Sales Consultant – Southern Region. In this [newly created] position Ms Conway will be responsible for the servicing of existing Brocade customer implementations and the management and development of the Southern Region partner network, business strategy and training and certification initiatives.
With a background in the healthcare sector – 10 years in sales and an educational qualification in Behavioural Science, major in Neuroscience – Ms Conway is well placed to understand the demands of one of the focus areas for Brocade in Victoria. Additionally her previous role in tender management for Victorian hospitals for key medical equipment has given her a unique insight into the challenges that the modern healthcare sector faces. Joining Healthcare will be the Education and Service Provider sectors within her territory.

I have had not only experience within the wider healthcare sector but also direct on the ground exposure to healthcare operations,’ outlined Ms Conway.
For Brocade’s Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Greig Guy, the appointment of Ms Conway is integral to the networking specialist’s wider commitment to its sales channel focus. “Chantelle is the ideal recruit for us in Melbourne. She has a combined background in sales and a technical understanding to a unique depth in one of our key markets and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome her on board. We have already seen her positive impact across our channel-focused sales structure and this bodes well for the future,” he outlined.
Prior to joining Brocade, Ms Conway held roles with Johnson & Johnson, Lloyd Morgan and telecommunications regulatory body, The Independent Committee for the Supervision of Standards of Telephone Information Services (ICSTIS) in the UK.
