AD2ONE has announced a partnership with ShareThis, a Palo Alto, California company that uses large-scale social data to deliver breakthrough insights and advertising solutions across mobile and desktop environments, to help support the expansion of ShareThis’ international operations.
The partnership will see AD2ONE help ShareThis deliver data-driven insights, audience building and advertising solutions to brands in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand.
By measuring activity across 2.5 million websites, ShareThis calculates a Social Quality Index (SQI) score that indicates which websites generate the most shared content relevant for individual brands.
More than 690 million consumers currently use ShareThis globally to recommend content across multiple devices and more than 120+ social channels from LinkedIn, to Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. A majority of the top 100 US digital advertisers partnered with ShareThis in 2013 and the international expansion is driven by the growth of the global sharing economy. According to eMarketer, internet advertising market is expected to grow to $56 billion globally by 2015.
