Seagate Valentine’s Day Twitter Competition

Valentine’s Day is a day about sharing with the ones that you love.

What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year than curling up with a rug with some friends or loved ones and watching your favourite romantic movies or listen to your favourite romantic songs that are all streamed wirelessly from your new shiny GoFlex Satellite!

Valentine's Day Twitter Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Promoter. The Promoter of this competition is Seagate Technology International, 7000 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Singapore 569877. Einsteinz Communications, Suite 4, 38 Albany Street, St Leonards NSW 2065, Australia is the agency representing the Promoter.   3. Eligibility. This Contest is open to participants who live in Australia (except ACT) or New Zealand and who are aged 16 and over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoters and their agencies, contractors, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.
  4. How to Enter. To enter the competition participants must follow @Seagate_au on Twitter during the entry period beginning on Monday 6th February 2012 and ending at 5pm on Tuesday 14th February, 2012, and tweet which song/movie they would pick to set the mood this Valentine’s day with the hashtag #Seagatelove
  5. Description of Prizes. Seagate will give away four Seagate GoFlex Satellite drives in total. The retail value of each prize is AU$269.  Seagate will give away one Seagate GoFlex Satellite to the best movie idea, one to the best song idea and Seagate will also give away a Seagate GoFlex Satellite to the 600th and 650th follower if it reaches these marks during the competition period.
  6. Drawings. The judging will be held on Tuesday 14th February at 5:01 P.M. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). The judging will be held at Einsteinz Communication’s office.
  7. Notification. The winner will be notified by Einsteinz Communications via a DM through Twitter by 5.30 P.M. AEDT on Wednesday 15th February.
  8. Prize Delivery. After the winner has been notified, Einsteinz Communications will contact the winner to check eligibility and obtain the delivery address. To claim the prize, the winner must reply to the winner notification DM through Twitter and accept the prize by providing contact details by 5:30 P.M. AEDT Monday 20th February 2012.  Prizes will be dispatched via Australia Post within one week after eligibility is confirmed. The Promoters will make all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner. If the prize winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize before 5:30 P.M AEDT Monday 20th February then another winner will be selected.
  9. Results Published. The winners will be announced via the Seagate_au Twitter account.
  10. Changes. Seagate may change these terms and conditions. If any changes are made Seagate will notify the public via Twitter.
  11. Conditions. In order to be a valid entry, the tweet must not contain any rude, offensive or inappropriate suggestions or comments. Any sexual references will be considered inappropriate and the tweet will not be considered eligible.
