AD2ONE has won Australia’s #1 rental property website for renters and landlords, rent.com.au and will now be providing exclusive advertising access to the premium accommodation site. Prior to working with AD2ONE, Rent.com.au had no advertising representation.
AD2ONE starts work straight away monetising the popular rent.com.au site, which was established in 2007 and focuses on reaching over six million affluent renters and 1.7 million landlords with a household income of over $100,000.
Rent.com.au is the only dedicated rental website in Australia that allows landlords to place their rental properties directly online. The popular site connects advertisers with a directly targeted and captive audience as it achieves around 2.2 million impressions and 167 000 unique visitors per month and according to Nielsen in November rent.com.au ranked within the top ten real estate sites at number nine in Australia.
