Leading restaurant Manager joins the Dimmi team


Restaurant Balzac Manager Patrick Sullivan joins the rapidly expanding Dimmi team

Dimmi, Australia’s first real-time online restaurant reservations service today announced the appointment of Patrick Sullivan as National Key Account Manager. Patrick will be responsible for managing Dimmi’s portfolio of VIP restaurants across the country includingGordon Ramsay's Maze, Pier, Bilsons, Quay, Jacques Reymond, Flying Fish, Wildfire, Cecconis, Flower Drum, Berowra Waters, Catalina, Pilu and Mezzo. 

Patrick will work closely with Dimmi’s VIP restaurants to help them generate more bookings, support their online marketing initiatives and improve their operational efficiencies by utilising Dimmi’s wide range of products and services. 

Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the role, having managed the two hatted Restaurant Balzac since 2007. Prior to this, Patrick was restaurant manager of Swell restaurant, The Tea Gardens and The Stamford Plaza Hotels.
