Adap.tv, a division of AOL Networks and the technology partner for the world’s largest video advertising buyers and sellers, today announced key promotions to its international teams that sets itself up for accelerated growth in existing regions and expansion into new markets.

Phil Duffield, formerly Managing Director of Adap.tv Australia, has been named to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of International and will relocate to Adap.tv’s UK offices in March 2014. In addition to setting up and building out extensive operations in Australia, he was instrumental in driving Adap.tv’s efforts to expand into additional Asia-Pacific markets, including Japan in September 2013 and Singapore in December 2013. To lead Adap.tv’s efforts in Australia, Mitch Waters has been elevated from Sales Director to Managing Director of Australia. He has been with Adap.tv since October 2012, helping to accelerate the growth of Adap.tv’s platform products through agencies, trading desks and other video ad buyers, as well as using his decade of experience in digital media to drive understanding of programmatic in the market.
