Rubicon Project (NYSE: RUBI), which operates one of the largest advertising marketplaces in the world, has appointed Simone Krakowiak as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, effective immediately.
Krakowiak, who will be based in Sydney, brings more than 8 years of experience, mainly in the mobile space, having worked for VDOPIA, Big Mobile and Sensis MediaSmart in that time in various business development roles.
In her time at VDOPIA, an exchange that specialises in mobile video, Simone was able to build a network of valuable contacts at Trading Desks, DSPs, SSPs and a variety of other marketing technology vendors and mobile specialist agencies. She will use this extensive digital experience and knowledge of the ANZ market to spruik the opportunities that automated advertising provides for brands, agencies and media owners.
At Rubicon Project Krakowiak will be responsible for business development and increasing the adoption of Rubicon Project’s automated advertising platform across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to Rick Mulia, Managing Director, JAPAC for Rubicon Project.
