MNF Group Introduces New Brand - MNF Enterprise

Tailored voice, communications and analytics services for corporates and government

MNF Group, operator of Australian and global smart voice networks, today announces the introduction of a new brand MNF Enterprise to its portfolio.

The new brand is designed to differentiate its growing suite of enterprise and government products and services from its MyNetFone residential and small business offer. Enterprise and government solutions were previously a sub-segment of the MyNetFone brand.

“MNF Group is continuously innovating its enterprise and government market solutions and growing its client base,” said CEO and co-founder Rene Sugo. “Our enterprise and government service suite has evolved into a specialised offering with its own identity. With the launch of several new products, and more in the pipeline, now is the time to introduce a separate brand to clearly delineate between our enterprise, small business and residential products and contact channels.”

MNF Enterprise provides new-generation IP voice solutions to enterprise and government organisations within Australia, including enterprise-grade SIP trunks on MNF Group’s smart national voice network and value-added services. The Group has experienced strong organic growth within the last 12 months and continues to introduce innovative new services.

In June 2017 it launched Pulse, an enterprise-level call management system designed to help government agencies and utilities intelligently manage and disperse unpredictable surges in traffic.  In February this year, MyNetFone Australia was appointed to the Voice Services Panel for the Victorian Government. This followed a contract extension by the Tasmanian Government that secured MyNetFone as an exclusive supplier of voice carriage until 2022.

MNF Enterprise currently holds the following government certifications: Victorian Government Telecommunication Purchasing and Management Strategy 2025 (TPAMS2025), Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV), Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA), NSW Procurement ICT Services Scheme, Queensland Government IT&T Procurement Panel and Tasmanian Government.

Rene Sugo added: “Our growing list of certifications has meant that we are winning significant business from local and state governments and universities around Australia. As we continue to expand and innovate in the enterprise and government sector, the products and services under the new MNF Enterprise brand will continue to grow.”

MNF Enterprise also maintains several key certifications with leading enterprise-grade equipment vendors such as: Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, Samsung, Panasonic and many others.
