Paul Kent appointed Commercial Director, APAC
Heidi Monro joins as Sales Director, NSW
Sizmek, the world’s largest independent buy-side advertising platform, today announced it has added two senior executives to help drive the growth of Sizmek’s expanding APAC operations. Paul Kent has been appointed Commercial Director, APAC and Heidi Monro as Sales Director, NSW.
The two appointments are the first senior hires under the leadership of Sizmek’s APAC General Manager Peter Hunter, who joined the company in November 2018 with a remit to charge the growth of Sizmek’s business in Australia and across Asia.

Kent is based in Sydney where he will also be responsible for overseeing the Australian team in Sydney and Melbourne. He has over 15 years media experience across both agency and publishers, most recently as Commercial Director at in-app data specialist InMobi where he ran the ANZ business for two years. Before joining InMobi he was Regional Director at AI marketing automation company Appier and held senior commercial director roles at TrinityP3, APN News & Media and Fairfax Media. He began his media career in London at Mediaedge:CIA (now Wavemaker) in London.
Monro joins Sizmek after over six years’ experience at MCN where she held a variety of digital group sales roles, most recently National Group Sales Programmatic Manager – Video & Display. She previously held digital sales roles at Telstra Advertising Network, Sensis Digital Media and MediaSmart.
