The Australian's Growth Agenda is one of the toughest editorial placements to secure. It's a tightly curated marketing column, and the editor always wants more than a straight press release. And it was exactly where we wanted to place our client, so armed with a tightly crafted release based on Meltwater’s exceptional Australian Open data insights, we developed a tailored pitch with bespoke data points and extended narrative for the editor.
The editor loved it and as a result Meltwater landed as an authoritative source in the publication’s piece placing the company in front of a tier-one business audience.

The piece breaks down three practical moves marketers can make to bring the two together, with examples from Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon, to showcase what forward-thinking brands are making happen.

'Almost like a marriage' – Chillisoft and Qualys reflect on two years of partnership

Channel partnership stories often read the same way. A press release announces a new tier or distribution deal, gets a paragraph of trade coverage, and disappears. The Qualys and Chillisoft partnership deserved more than that, so we brainstormed with Sam to find an angle that could carry a feature.
We called it a marriage and built out a story that put Qualys in front of the New Zealand channel as a partner worth taking seriously.
