Under the APRA Lens: Governing financial AI at the identity layer
Nam Lam, Group Vice President Australia & New Zealand, SailPoint, in KBI Media
APRA's April 2026 letter to regulated entities on artificial intelligence highlighted a growing governance challenge: for many organisations, identity and access management hasn't caught up to non-human actors like AI agents. For a company like SailPoint, whose business sits at the identity layer and which has market-leading capabilities across human, machine and AI identities, it was a great opportunity to talk about what this means for financial services specifically, underscore SailPoint's understanding of the sector, and build thought leadership in one of its key focus areas.
Einsteinz keeps a close watch on regulatory matters that affect not just our clients, but their current and future clients too, so we're ready to move when something topical like this comes up. We worked with Nam Lam to turn that single line into a piece for KBI Media that broke down what the gap means for financial services boards and security teams.

Meltwater | Feature in B&T
IKEA Ditches 'Be Everywhere' Strategy For Hyper-Local Experiences In Australia & New Zealand
Featuring Patricia Routledge, Head of Communications, IKEA Australia & New Zealand, with Tim O'Rourke, Head of Customer Success ANZ, Meltwater, in B&T
Some of the best editorial ideas come from events journalists never see. Meltwater's flagship client Summit was one of those, packed with interesting sessions but closed to media to allow for frank, detailed conversation. But that doesn't mean there's no PR opportunity, it just means the story has to be built rather than reported on the day.
We reviewed the session content and worked with Meltwater's marketing team to shape the themes most likely to resonate with media. We took the idea to their client, IKEA, keeping the ask as simple as possible on their end. IKEA liked it, and the result was an interview and subsequent feature in B&T that helped push IKEA's own key messages while keeping Meltwater's role and expertise clearly threaded through it.

IAB Australia | Report coverage in The Australian
Australia's $19.8bn ad spend boom flows to global tech giants
Featuring commentary from Gai Le Roy, CEO, IAB Australia, in The Australian
IAB Australia has been a client for close to a decade, and that history means our understanding of the media and digital landscape runs deep. It's also let us build strong relationships with tier-one media, particularly the business press, who know they can come to us when they need help making sense of the numbers.
When it comes to IAB's revenue reports, our job is turning dense data into a story a business journalist will run, being clear about what's changed and why it matters. This time it was FY26's result: internet advertising spend up 14% to a record $19.8 billion, with growth across search, video and social. We helped shape the release, and our outreach landed IAB Australia in the national media once again.
